Jay Vaughn is one of our Co-founders at Warrior Realty Group. Jay has an extensive background in the Insurance and Financial Planning industry. Jay became licensed in insurance in 1991 and became a Certified Financial Planner in 1993. After working in insurance sales and financial planning for over a decade Jay became intrigued with the explosive growing going on in the direct sales industry. Jay spent the next 15 years building teams of distributors across the country with two major players in that industry – his teams totaled over 50,000 before he retired. Jay most recently took the team building background to the insurance industry as an Agency owner with one of the top IMOs. When 2020 became virtual and created some extra time at home, Jay was led to get his Real Estate license. After a year on the sideline, he had a few conversations with friends in and out of the real estate industry that helped create a unique brokerage in Warrior Realty Group, LLC.
