Back yard has a short 3' fence -- not appropriate for large dogs.Each of the 2 bedrooms has 1 king size bed with prime mattress and bedding and a small closet. The whole house receives the most beautiful sunlight in the morning and evening, it is perfect Feng Shui for a happy relaxing stay!Fully furnished. Included with your rent: optic fiber internet Wi-Fi, Netflix, Alexa, electricity, water, trash (pick up on Wednesdays). Not included: damages that you and your guests cause to the property, furnishings, and anything included in the house, or cleaning services during your stay--you will receive it super clean but during your stay, you are on your own (but I can arrange if you want to pay for a cleaning).We take month to month, but if you want to stay another month, you need to let us know so we don't take another reservation the following month. Or you will have to vacate for our next guests. We reserve the right not extend if improper use of our property.
